How to nominate.
To nominate a young person for the award please complete the online nomination form. Tell us who you would like to nominate and why.
We need to know what sort of a difference they have made to Paddock Wood. Have they helped someone in need? Have they started up a new project for people to get involved in? Have they done something that Paddock Wood can be proud of in sport, art or music? Perhaps they have done something for the environment or raised money for charity?

How do we decide?
Paddock Wood Youth Council will be looking at all the nominations and short-listing them to a top 3. They will then vote for who they believe should be Paddock Wood's Young Person of the Year. This is an award for young people voted for by young people.
They will also be joined by a judging panel of adult members of the community who have helped people, causes or the environment. Nominations are made anonymous when being discussed by the judging panel, to ensure a fair process as far a possible. |
